Semantic center of the project area is a landscape square “court”, an important social space for Russian culture. Сomplex of the single-storey architectural objects with a sloping roof is formed around the “court” area and incorporated by one common underground space. Concert hall, auditorium, exhibition space and the lobby can be combined in a common area, or used independently.
